My philosophy is very simple. You can drive when you know how to drive. A drivers license simply gives you a legal standing to drive on public roads but in no way can assure you that you can do everything behind the wheels. That is because a 45 minutes driving test cannot test all necessary skills required to drive successfully. Once you get your license and start driving without a supervisor you will suddenly realise that there are many things which you do not know. Moment of truth? You can drive when you know how to drive.
